Underconstruction!

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) & Fibromyalgia(FM) are the two sicknesses that are closely related. In my termonology, I would say it is the result of long-termed stress: physically, mentally, psychologically or, more likely, the 3 combination. What happens is your body degenerates faster than normal people and it loses its ability to get recovered. On the cellular level, each cell in your body has used up its reserved energy to serve your demanding daily requirement. Now it cannot get back by normal rest.

Firstly, you need to identify the cause of your CFS/FM. General blood test, based on general standard, would not be so helpful. Have a blood nutrient test. Then go into more detail tests suitable to you like tyroid, anemia or toxin tests. Please note that normal standard for tyroid and anemia tests may show normal while detailed tests can depict your problems.

Secondly, you need to manage your pain and sleep. For sleep, I would recommend Melatonin (staring from 1 mg.~3 mg.,) St. John's Wort or Velerian. Managing pain is a big issues. Try natural remedies like deep tissue massage, body brushing, yoga, etc. to help move the toxin out of your body. Stay away from pain relievers as much as possible. Also  I would recommend a guided meditation by Kelly Howell, free for download from her website:

Do it everyday at the same time, same place. It takes time and patient to see results.

Thirdly, no matter what your problems are, you need super-nutrients to feed your cells. Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Fruit/vegetable juices are good too. Also good protein from soymilk, tofu or eggs. Drink lots of water little by little throughout the day. Please see Nutrients for CFS/FM sufferers (coming soon)

Fourthly, your mentality can have profound effects on your body. Think positive, stop negativity.

Fifthly, exercise. Keep moving to stimulate your brain and loosen your muscles. Avoid overexercising.

Sixthly, deep breathing. Remind yourself to breath deeply. Long & smooth. It can calm down your mind too.
